Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are hand-made locally in San Lorenzo, CA. 

Do you offer shipping?

At this time, we are focusing on hand delivery within the San Francisco Bay Area to ensure the best experience for our customers. In the future, we would like to include shipping options as well. Thank you for supporting our local small business as we continue to grow!

What ingredients are used?

We hand-pour our wax melts using 100% natural soy tart wax, premium fragrance oil, and highly concentrated candle dye. Bouquets and mini gardens are finished with lush faux greenery, natural stones, resin accents, and garden minatures. To add depth and accent colors to our blooms, we also use mica powder, which is a fine, natural mineral pigment renowned for its brilliant, pearlescent shimmer. 

What if the fragrance I want is not available?

We have curated a menu of timeless signature scents and sophisticated luxury dupe fragrances. You can view our Fragrance Menu here. However, we are avid perfume and home fragrance lovers, and we are always looking for opportunities to add new fragrances to our collection! Contact us here to let us know what scent you are looking for, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Do your products come with instructions?

Absolutely! To ensure you and your gift recipient get the most out of your wax melt gift, we include wax melt safety tips and usage instructions with every order. You can also preview these guides under the "Disclosures" section on every product page. 

What is the return policy?

Every product is custom-made and made to order, and all sales are final. This said, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know, and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. 

What are your processing and delivery timelines?

Our artisanal wax products are custom-made to order and require 14 days to fully cure and achieve maximum fragrance potency. Once ordered, customers are prompted to select a delivery date and time frame. Here is an outline of our process.

  1. Orders are created within 48 hours of purchase. If you are placing a custom bouquet or party favor order, we'll contact you to ensure your vision comes to life and to clarify any notes on your order form.

  2. At the time of purchase, customers select a delivery date and timeframe. Deliveries must be scheduled at least 16 days prior to the final delivery. 

  3. The delivery timelines offered at checkout are general time windows. Shortly after your purchase, we will reach out to you to coordinate a delivery timeframe that works for you. 

  4. We will send you a reminder at least 24 hours before delivery
