What are the shipping and processing timelines?
Our artisanal wax products are custom-made to order and require up to 2 days for creation. If you are placing a custom bouquet or party favor order, feel free to add notes on your order form if needed. We'll contact you to ensure your vision comes to life. Once created, your item must cure for at least 48 hours. Curing ensures the wax achieves maximum fragrance potency, is fully set and structurally stable, so it can safely survive transit. We closely monitor curing times and will never rush this process, as we want our customers to receive the best products possible. Once curing is complete, we'll ship your item directly to you!
How is my order packaged?
We take extreme care to protect your items. Each order is packed in a sturdy corrugated box lined with thermal bubble insulation, surrounded by biodegradable packing peanuts, and chilled with professional-grade cooling gel packs to maintain temperature during transit.
Do I need to be home to receive my package?
Yes. Because our products are fragile and temperature-sensitive, all shipments are sent via UPS with a Signature Required delivery. This ensures your package is handed directly to a person and is not left sitting outside in the hot sun or elements, which could melt or ruin the product. Please track your package closely using the link sent to your email.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or melted?
While we pack our items to survive rough transit, accidents occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged product and its outer packaging immediately. Email the photos to our support team within 24 hours of delivery, and we will fast-track a replacement or issue a refund.
What ingredients are used?
We hand-pour our wax melts using coconut tart wax, premium fragrance oil, and highly concentrated candle dye. Bouquets and mini gardens are finished with lush faux greenery, natural stones, resin accents, and garden minatures. To add depth and accent colors to our blooms, we also use mica powder, which is a fine, natural mineral pigment renowned for its brilliant, pearlescent shimmer.
